so I just uploaded xkbd-bthid for Maemo2.0. You have to follow the install instructions otherwise it doesn't work!
I also installed the final version of the IT2006 software today. The first thing I noticed is that it is much faster or snappier then before, really nice.

When I do: 4) chown root.root /var/lib/install/usr/bin/xkbdbthidwrapper I get 'No Such File or Directory' I am root and even when I go: ls /var/lib/ I don't see an install directory. Is there something else I can be doing?

question
This looks like a great tool for my Nokia phone, unfortunately i cannot figure out a way to connect the two. They are pared, but when i use "wireless keboard" app on the pphone it does not pick up 770 as a keyboard. Am i doing something wrong? Your app is running. The phone is a series 660 Nokia 6682. Could you help?

have you made sure it works in general
Try to use your 770 as a bluetooth keyboard for a PC or laptop, if this works you know it works in general. If it now doesn't work with your phone its a phone specific problem rather then a general one. Also right now I only support the boot protocol, it could be that the phone wants to use the report protocol, so maybe it doesn't work because of this.

Paired but not working?
Hi, i have paired my Nokia 770 with a Desktop ubuntu but pressing keys doesn't do anything. Running the command hidd tells that my nokia 770 is paired and Connected. Any idea?

Easier installation ?
Wow I was just looking for such a feature ! But will the final release use a simple installation ? I have the "official" sytem and don't even have the skill to go the "root" way.
